this Court, appearing to be totally unfounded-And it appearing
that twenty seven of the Prisoners had obsolutely refused to
return from the Chapel to their respective Places of Confinement
till cocreive Measures were taken to compel them.

It is resolved by this Court That Leonard White< no role >
John Jones< no role > Thomas Hardwicke< no role > , Michael Tanner< no role > John Greenwoodhove< no role > and
William Coleman< no role > who appear to have been the most active in
the late disorderly Conduct and resistance to Mr. Aris the Govr; be
reduced to the same allowance of Provisioners as was heretofore made to the
Prisoners previous to their removal to the new House of Correction.
And that
the remainder of the sd. twenty seven refactory Prisoners be
resticted in their Allowance of Provisons to a less Quantity then is
directed to be distributed to thore whore Conduct has been more orderly
and proper. And that these regulations and Restrictions respecting
the above mentioned twenty seven Persons be continued till the
next Sessions, at which Time the Govr. is hereby directed to make
