WHEREAS Information hath been this Day made before me JOHN
SPILLER< no role > , Esq, one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County, by William Clarke< no role > that you did on the
15th. day of September Instant unlawfully use a Couse
to be used a Cart of which [..] Your was then the
Owner upon a certain Turnpike Road in the
Parish of Paddington in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid without having ferit painted or caused
to he painted or some conspriuons part of the
said Cartheryour Christian and Surname and
place of abode in large legable letters contrary
to the Statute Etc.
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to will and require you per-
sonally to be and appear before me and
such other of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County, as
shall be assembled at the said Office on Friday next
being the Twenty third Day of September Instant at One
o' Clock in the after noon, then and there to answer the Premises as the
Law directs.
