our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Sessions House
for the said County on Monday the Twelfth
day of September in the Thirty sixth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that Thomas Robinson< no role >
Esquire have Notice of the within appeal and that he and
all Persons concerned do attend the Cowit at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday
next at nine o Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgement and determination of the said Court
touching the said appeal
