To provide & put on Piles, Shoes of Swedish Iron with
Spikes Etc as shall be directed at P lb
The Contractor to discharge & defray at his own Expence
every Incidental attending the carrying into Execution
the Works as aforesaid,

Mason
To provide four Angular Caps at the Springing of
the Arch in the Center 2 feet, 9 inches square 6 [..]
thick wrought & weatherd to provide Coping to the
Parrapet Walls 4 Inches thick to be weatherd one
Inch & to be throated under the projection, to show
3 inches on the external edge, & to be eighteen inches
wide; in lengths not less than 2 feet 6 inches, the
Joints to be double plug'd to have 4 plug holes in
each Joint one inch square & one inch & /2 deep with
Iron plugs 3 inches long of ¾ Iron put in do the Joint
grooved & the whole run with lead to provide Caps
to circular Piers at the End of Parrapet Walls 2 feet
7 inches diameter 4 inches thick to be weatherd & the
external edge to show as the Coping to provide a Facia
over the Arches to be 9 inches high 7 inches on the bed.
to be weather'd & throated & to project 2 inches before the
face of the Brickwork to be in lengths of not less than
2 feet 6 inches & to be cramp'd & run with Lead to provide
Plinths to circular Piers 2 feet 7 inches diameter 9 inches
thick to project 2 inches before the face of Shaft the
projection to be weather'd
The above Work to be executed in sound Portland Stone
free from Vents & Sand holes & to be finish'd with a
broad Tool Stroke
To pave the Recesses on the Bridge with sound
purbeek paving
Scaffolding & every other necessary for carrying the
aforesaid Work into Execution to be found done & perform'd
at the Contractors Expence.
