MIDDLESEX .


AT the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the Twenty third Day of June in the
Thirty sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal of
Nicholas Byerley< no role > of Holborn Hill in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the
County of Middlesex Vender of Medicines against a Conviction under the Hand
and Seal of John Floud< no role > Esquire one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
bearing date the thirtieth day of May 1795. which stood duly adjourned untill this
day Do stand further adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session of the
peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the mean time to be given
unto the said John Floud< no role > Esquire he and all persons concerned do attend the Court
at the Session house aforesaid on Thursday the Twenty seventh day of October next
at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgment
and determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal.
