MIDDLESEX .

At the General quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the Said
County,on Monday
the Twentieth Day of June
in the Thirty Sixth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , Thomas Robinson< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, Assigned to, keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid, and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the Same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the County aforesaid, Did at the last General Session of the Peace held in and
for this County exhibit their petition and appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant
or Order under the Hands and Seals of Thomas Barnard< no role > and Rice Davies< no role > Esqrs . two of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the county of Middlesex aforesaid ( one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 18th. day of April in the Year of our Lord 1796, James Hearn< no role > , Sarah< no role > his
Wife and their three Children namely Thomas< no role > aged about Ten years and Sarah< no role > aged about Eight
years who had neither of them done any act to gain a settlement in his or her own right and
Mary ann< no role > aged about Three Years were removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said county of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Mary White chapel as the Place of the last legal settlement of the said James Hearn< no role > , his Wife
and three Children, whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved , which said appeal
stood duly adjourned until this Session

Now, upon hearing the Said Appeal, in the presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
and they consenting by their Counsel to the allowing the said Appeal, IT IS ORDERED,
that the said Appeal be, and the same is hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Jus-
tices is hereby vacated and set Aside; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary White chapel
do forthwith convey and deliver back the said James Hearn< no role > , Sarah< no role > his wife and their three Children
(together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate Who are hereby required to
receive and Provide for the said James Hearn< no role > , Sarah< no role > his wife and their three Children
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
