16. Award, when settled, to be ingrossed and executed-To be
binding, and Rights of Common to cease.

Fields, till a certain Number of Years after the Award.

25. Appeal from Award to Quarter Sessions-also Power of
applying to Quarter Sessions, of the Commissioners delay the
Division, or refuse to account.

26. Regulations as to Fuel, Turbaries, Cow Pastures, Gardens
to Cottages, and other Clauses in favour of the smaller Com-
moners.

27. Miscellaneous Regulations-Power to exchange-Death
of Parties not to impede the Execution of the Act-Regulations
as to Leases, Etc.

28. Saving Manerial Rights-Mines, Etc.

29. General Saving.

The above Observations will explain the general Nature of
both Bills; in which it may be proper to observe, that a General
Drainage Bills is not included, as that will require a very minute
and extensive Investigation indeed, applied to that single Object;
and in every Point of View it seems most expedient, to divide so
extensive a Subject, into as many separate Heads and Bills as
possible,
