Middlesex January Sessions 1796

In the Matter of an Appeal of William
Hamerton< no role > against an Order of John
Brettell< no role > and Thomas Collins< no role > Esquires Two Etc
for turning a certain footway in the Parish of
Finchley in the County aforesaid.

I hereby by give you Notice that on Thursday next the 14th. day of
this Instant January his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
said County of Middlesex in their then General Quarter Session
of the peace assembled will be applied to, to order that the hearing and
determining of this Appeal may stand adjourned until the them next
general Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the said County.
