SKETCH of Regulations, in Addition to the Heads and
Articles mentioned in the preceding Analysis, to be parti-
cularly attended to in the General Bill.

1. Regulations for the First and subsequent Meetings of the
Commissioners; what Notice necessary-Power of Adjournment
How many may act.

2. Perambulations of the Bounds-Disputes may be brought
before Justices; tried at Law, or settled by Arbitration.

3. Commissioners to determine what Part of any Waste or
Common, or Common Field, shall be inclosed-what left open, and
what Portion kept in stinted Pasture.

4. Survey, Regulations respecting it.

5. Claims to be given in-Mode of determining the same-
Evidence of Grants-Power to summon Witnesses-False Evi-
dence to be punished.
