Home Department, with the Proceedings of the Two Houses of Parliament,
and of His Majesty's most Honourable Privy Council, transmitted to the
Clerk of the Peace were laid before the Court as follows, viz.

I have to request that you will communicate the enclosed
Papers to the Magistrates of the County of Middlesex , on the first Opportunity
which their Meeting may present for that Purpose.

CIRCULAR

WHITEHALL, DEC. 28, 1795.

MY LORD,


I herewith transmit your Lordship Copy of a Minute
of the Lords of His Majesty's most Honourable Privy Council, on the 22nd
Instant, on a Consideration of the Resolutions of both Houses of Parliament,
(Copies of which I enclose) and of the Agreements entered into in the said
Houses of Parliament, for reducing the Consumption of Wheat in the different
Modes described in the said Agreements, by at leaft one third of the usual
Quantity consumed in ordinary times; and I have the King's Commands to
desire that your Lordship will use your best Endeavours to cause the said
Agreements, or one of them to be entered into, and strictly observed in the
manner recommended by the within Minute of Council.
