Sir,
I have the honor to acquaint you,
That I received Your Letter of the 11th instant, in=
=closing me Some Observations explanatory of
The Nature & Principles of Two Bills Imposed to be brought
into Parliament for the Cultivation and Improve=
=ment of the Waste Lands Commons & Common=
Fields of the Kingdom; andthatin Consequence
thereof I took the first opportunity of laying the
Same before the Magistrates of the County of Middle=
=sex, at a very full Meeting Yesterday, being The
County'=Day of the General Quarter Sessions of
The Peace, when I received their directions to acqu=
=aint You that the Same had been laid before them,
and that they would certainly take the Same into Consideration
and as only a few Copies of the Observations were
Sent to me with Your Letter, I was desired by
