your Royal highness and Your Illustrious Consort their [..] most cordial and
joyful congratulations upon the Birth of a Princess , and they [..] request your
Royal Highness to believe that they [..] consider every increase of the Royal
family as an additional security for the continuance of our happy Constitu
-tion upon the preservation of which they [..] are firmly pursuaded the enjoyment
of all our Liberties and privilidges depends
