Wm. Claxton< no role > Esqr . acquainted the Court
That The poor in the Work house of the
Parish of Endfield had been supplied with
Bread of which 2/3d was Wheat £1/3d
Barley which was found to answer extreemly
well & to give perfect Satisfactn

Tho Collins< no role > Esqr . also Stated That The
poor in the Work house of Mary bone parish
amounting to 1100 persons had been
furnished with Bread consisting of 2/3ds
Wheat & 1/3d Barley which had been found
to be extreemly Wholesome & palatable
and which Bread was made & baked in their
own Work house.

Humphrey Jackson< no role > Esqr . Stated That
he had recommended to the Gentln of
his Parish of Tottenham the use of Bread
consisting of 2/3ds. Wheat & 1/3d.
