Barley That The Bakers had refused to bake
it & that they had applied to a pastry Cook
to bake it who had agreed & that they
had erected him an Over for that purpose

John Nares< no role > Esqr . Stated That Bread
Composed of ½ Wheat & ½ Oats had been
Introduced to the Grand Jury of Hampshire
which was adopted by them That one
Gentln supplied 200 of his Servants with
no other Bread which was highly appeared
& that the poor eat it with Pleasure.

Rosolved unanimously That This Courtdeeply
inprossed by the wisdom of the [..]
Accommended and
doth adopt the
Regulations stated in the said
Resolution &EngagementAgreement
and reslove Strictly to adhere to themx
