Fourth Rate or Class of Building specified in the said Act
and within the Limits thereof "to wit" Seven Dewelling
"Houres which did not each Exceed three Square, and an half of
"Building on the Ground Plan thereof One Building not being a
"Dwelling & oure which did not Exceed one Clear Story above
"Ground and Six Adaitions to Six Several Dwelling House
"which said Dwelling Houses did not each Exceed there Square
"and an half of Building on the Ground Llyn thereof" of which
said servant Buildings and additions your Petitioner stood
charged Summonse and Proved before the said Justices as
being the Builder thereof and Persons causeing the said
Buildings to be Build-

That Your Petitioner Conceiving himself to be
Aggrieved by such Order and appointment Entered into a
Recognizance with Sureties to appeal against the same
at this present Quarter Session pursuant to the Directions of
the said Act-

Your Petitioner therefore Humbly begs leave
to appeal against the said Order and that the
hearing and Determining thereof man be
Adjourned until the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden in and for the
said County of Middlesex -

And your Petitioner shall Every Pray Etc.
