the Court to make an order for the said Elizabeth Coxhead< no role > to pay unto the
Petitioner what he had so expended and paid on Account of the said
Thomas Harpur< no role > and to provide for the future maintenance and support of
her said Father as by Law she was obliged and required to do: Whereupon
at the request of the said Petitioner It is Ordered that the benefit of his
said appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing and determining
thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the
mean time to be given unto the said Elizabeth Coxhead she and all Persons
concerned do attend the Court at the Sessions House aforesaid on Thursday the
Twenty ninth day of October next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said appeal.
