Francis Martin Hamilton< no role > of No. 32
Stanhope Street Clare Market in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath that he this
Deponent did on the thirteenth day October instant
go to Chelsea where he this Deponent was informed
William Hall< no role > the Master of the above Named William
Procter
< no role > had lived or resided and that it was his last
place of abode and this Deponent enquired as the House
where the said William Hall< no role > did live and asked
Mr. Atkins on who resides there as present where
the Sara William Hall< no role > was who informed this
Deponent that the said William Hall< no role > resided there
about Eight Months ago But that he was informed
he was gone to America but would not return on
Account of committing several Frauds And this
Deponent Saith he went to the wife of the said William
Hall
< no role > to Waltham Green in the said County when
this Deponent informed her of this application and
explained to her the Nature thereof when she told
this Deponent she wished the Ladwell and a Good
Master and said she intended to follow her Husband
to America as soon as he was settled And this Deponent
saith he served a true Copy of the Annexed Order at
the last place of abode of the said William Hall< no role > (as this
Deponent is informed and verify believes) as Chelsea
aforesaid by delivering the said Copy to the Servant
Maid of the said Mr. Atkinson as Chelsea aforesaid
