Mr. Holland

You were bound for the appearance of William Wilcox< no role >
at September
Session last the Session-House for the said County, who not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution
will proceed for the levying 50 Pounds on your Goods
and Chattels unless care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will be held
at the Session-House aforesaid on MONDAY, the Twenty-
Sixth Day of October Instant.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or apply at my Office in the mean time.} 28
