Middlesex (to wit) Henry Stratton< no role > of Leonard Street in the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman Solicitor for the Defendant in this Prosecution
Maketh Oath and saith that the extract hereunto
annexed signed ''Thomas Etherington< no role > Curate '' of the
Parish Register of Saint Olaves Southwark in the County
of Surry is a true Copy or Extract of the Register of the said
Parish So for as Relates to the burial of the said Mary
Newell the Prosecutrix who is the same Identical person Named in the Indictment of this Prosecution And that he this deponent
did on the twenty sixth day of October instant examine
the said Copy or Extract with the said Parish Register
and that the name ''Thomas Etherington< no role > '' set and
Subscribed thereto is of the Proper hand writing of
the said Thomas Etherington< no role > who set and subscribed
his Name thereto in this Deponents Presence
