I hereby give you notice that the Court will
be moved at the next general quarter session
of the Peace to be holden in and for the
county of Middlesex at the session house for the
Said County on Clerkenwell Green by adjournment
on Tuesday the 27th day of October instant at
ten of the clock in the morning or as soon
after as Counsel can be heard that the recognizance
entered into by you the said Defendant James
Mercer
< no role > and you George Perryman< no role > of Yensley
in the Parish of Hillingdon in the county of
Middlesex Yeoman and Thomas Shackell< no role > of
Uxbridge Common in the Parish of Hillingdon
in the said county of Middlesex Warrener
the said Defendant's securities may be estreated
into his Majesty's court of Exchequer for that
the said James Mercer< no role > hath neglected and
refused to pay the sum of twenty Pounds
forfeited by him for having in the night of
the fifth day of March 1794 at the Parish of
Hillingdon in the county of Middlesex unlawfully
used a certain net with intent to take an [..]
against the form of the statute in such case made and

convicted Dated the 21st day of October 1795
