Sevenhill in the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the City of London Pencil Maker
Maketh Oath and Saith That in the
Month of May in the Year 1794 he
became Bail at the Public Office in Bow
Street for the above Thomas Clark< no role > for his
[..] Personal appearance to [..] answer
the saidHumphries for the Assault
aforesaidAnd this Deponent further
Saith That on the Subsequent Session
the saidThomas Clark< no role > at the Session House
for the County aforesaidThat the
Said Thomas Clark< no role > thus Standing
Indicted and not appearing in due
time to answer the above charge
he this Deponent, obtained a Certifiate
from the Clerk of the Peace for the
Said County which he got backed by
Sir Watkin Lewes< no role > Alderman of the
City of London , and on the Fifteenth
day of August in the 1794 aforesaid
this Deponent, having caused the
Said Thomas Clark< no role > to be Apprehend [..]
