OFFICE OF CLERKE OF THE PEACE,
Session House, Clerkenwell Green ,
5th October, 1795.

Mr Barker

YOU were bound to appear and Prosecute Jonathan
king
< no role > Saint at [..] May
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become for feited: and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence Execution
will proceed for the levying to Pound on your Goods
and Chattels unless care taken to Stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will be held
at the Session-House aforesaid on MONDAY, the Twenty-
Sixth Day of October Instant.

Three, and bring this Letter with you,
or apply at my Office in the Men time.}
