for an Assault

Take Notice that an Application was this day
made to this Honorable Court for a Respite of the
Recognizance of the Bail on the Indictment Preferred
and found by you against me in October Sessions One
thousand seven hundred and ninety four for an
Assault and that on such application the Court was
Pleased to order that Notice of such Motion should be
given to the Prosecutor and that in the mean time
all proceedings should be stayedAnd the Court was
further pleased to order that Application might be
made thereon upon the adjourned day of this present
Sessions And further take Notice that in
Pursuance of the said Application and order I do intend
to apply accordingly on the adjourned day of the
Sessions being fixed by the Court on Tuesday the third
day of November next by nine of the Clock in the
forenoon of the same day Dated this thirty first day
of October One thousand seven hundred and ninety five
