John Tibbett< no role > of White Cross Street in the Parish of Saint
Lukes Old Street in the County of Middlesex Cordwainer
Maketh Oath and saith he this Deponent being on the
5th Day of August last bound over at the Rotation
office in Worship Street Shoreditch to prosecute the
above named Defendant for the above Felony at this Present
Session for Healing a Pair of Slippers the Property of this
Deponent And this Deponent further saith that he did
in Pursuance of his said Recognizance prefer a Bill of
Indictmt. against the above named Defendant for the said
Felony and Which Bill was found And this Deponent
saith that being Informed by a Person who's Name is
Edward Sharp< no role > who has the property in his possesion that
the maker was to be Tried at the Old Bailly but instead
there of the said Ann Jacques< no role > as this Deponent has been
informed was acquitted this way at a past one o lock in
this Honble Court And this Deponent further Saith that
had it not been for the Information so given by the said
Edward Sharp< no role > this Deponent would have Prosecuted that
above named Ann Jacques< no role > , And this Deponent Saith he is
Totally Ignorant the Law & the Practice of this Court which
[..] the means of this Neglect an not otherwise and this Depont.
says he has received no Emolument or Reward what from only the said Deft.
