for an Assault

James Hay< no role > of Wellclose Square in the Parish of
Saint Mary White Chapel in the County of Middlesex
Solicitor for the Prosecution in this Cause maketh
Oath and Saith that the abovenamed Defendants were
apprehended and taken before Mr. Justice Staples for
and Assault on the said Edmund Byrne< no role > his Stabbing
him with a Knife and that they were bound overto
by Bail to appear this Present Session that Cherehas
been a true Bill found against the said Defendant
for Such Assault and that they have not as yet put in
Bail on Pleaded to the said Bill of Indictment so found
against their as this Deponent hath been informed
by the Clerk of the peace with whom this Deponent did
this Day next at for that Purpose
