the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath
and saith that he this Deponent did on the Twenty
sixth day of August last personally serve the
abovenamed James Coleman< no role > with a Notice in
writing purporting that the above named Defendant
would personally Appear at the then next General
Sessions of the peace of our Lord the King to be
holden for the County of Middlesex at the Sessions
House for the said County on Clerkenwell Green
on Monday the fourteenth day of September then
next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon and
would then and these plead not Guilty to and take
his Trial on the Indictment preferred by the said
James Coleman< no role > against the said William Ponten
for an Assault
