Take Notice that I the abovenamed Defendant
will Personally appear at the next General Session
of the Peare to he holden for the County of Middlesex
at the Session House for the said County on
Clerkenwell Green on Monday the fourteenth Day
of September instant by nine o Clock in the
Forenoon of the same Day and will then and
there take my Trial upon the Indictment by you
Preferred against me for an Assault Dated the
Seventh Day of September 1795.
