Prosecutor maketh Oath and Saith that her said Husband
new his dangerously Ill and is attended by two Medical
Gentlemen and an saith That the this Day saw Docter
Clarke of New Burtington Street a Physician attending her
said Husband Write the Certificate hereto Annexed, which
said Certificate she received from the said Doctor Clarke
for the Purpose of Presenting it to this Honorable Court and
that the same in of the proper Hand Writing of the cond
