To his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
at theirGeneralQuarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseer of the Poor of the Parish of Little Munden
in the County of Hertford

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of John Staples< no role > and George Story< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for
the said County of Middlesex bearing Dated the eleventh
Day of November last past Mary Pooley< no role > the Widow of
James Pooley< no role > and her Children videlicet Edward Pooley< no role >
Susannah Pooley< no role > Charles Pooley< no role > and Mary Pooley< no role > werd
removed from and out of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Little Munden whereby your Petitioners find themselves
aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to the
Court against the said Pass Warrant or Order and
pray that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
a Day for the Hearing and Determining the said
Appeal

And your Petitioners will pray Etc
