At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the said
County on Monday the Twelfth day of
January in the thirty fifth Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Buham Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin
in the Fields within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex have Notice of the within Appeal
And that they and all Persons Concerned do attend
this Court on thursday next at Nine o Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of
this Court touching the said appeal
