of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Eling
in the
County of Southampton
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order of Pass
Warrant under the hands and Seals of

and
N. Conant two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in
in for the City and Liberty of Westminster
(one whereof
being of the Quorrum) bearing date the seventh day of
November 1794
Anne Hewlett< no role >
and her Infant Son
William< no role >
were removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
within the
Liberty of Westminster
in the said County of
Middlesex
to the Parish of Eling
aforesaid as the
Place of their last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that the benefit of their said Appeal may
be reserved to them And that as Day may
be appointed in the present general Quarter
Sessions of the Peace o be holden for the
said County of Middlesex
for the hearing
and determining the said Appeal And that
the Church wardens and Overseers of the
said Parish of Saint George Hanover
Square
be required to attend to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination
of the Court touching the said Appeal
And your Petitioner
shall ever pray Etc
