Maketh Oath and Saith that Notice of Trial was duly served in
these causes for this Person Sessions at the instance of this
Deponent and that Countermand was also delivered and served as her also Annexed
Deponent
And this Deponent Further Saith that

Witness for him this Deponent in the said above mentioned Causes
as he is advised and believes to be true and that he cannot safely
proceed to Trial of these causes without the Testimony of him
the said Joseph Overton And this Deponent further Saith that
he hath endeavoured to find the said

out that he
was informed that he was gone to Birmingham in the County of
Warwick and that he this Deponent has sent there for the purpose
of Subpening him but that the said Joseph Overton in gone from there
as this Deponent hath been informed and verily believes to be true
and that this Deponent cannot get any information where the said
Joseph Overton< no role >
is but is informed that he will be at home before
the next Sessions for the County of Middlesex
and that he this
Deponent hopes and expects to be able to procure the presence
of the said Joseph Overton on the first Day of next Sessions.
