was Prevented from appearing at the
Session to Plead to the Indictment Preferred
agt him by the above Prosecutor and this
Deponent further saith that the said John
Myers< no role > is as this Deponent has been
informed will believes [..] will detained
in the said Goal at Fisherton as further
appears by the letter hereunto annexed
whereby the said Nathaniel Collyer< no role > Esquire
has hereto fore been prevented from
Surrending the said Defendant before this
Hoble Court to take his trial on the said
Indictment Preferred against him by the
aforesaid Prosecutor
