[..] that is to Say that these Deponent's entered into Recognizance
of Bail for the [..] Appearance of the above Named Defendant, at the
last, Session to be held at the Session House Clerkenwell Green
then and there to Appear and try his traverse to a bill of
Indictment Preferred and found against him in September

Severally informed that the sd. Defendt. was Obliged to Go to
into the Country and Expected to have Returned time Suffict
to have Appeared and traversed, but has not Since
