Informed and which Information they believe to be true
that the said Defendant will Return time Sufficient to appear
and take his tryal at the Ensuing Session wherefore these-
Deponent's humbly pray this Worshipful Cot. to Order these
Deponent's Recognizance to Stand Respited Until the-

of their Endeavor, to bring the said Deft. into Court
