Middlesex to wit

We whose Names are hereunto subscribed
and Seals affixed two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace residing in or near the Parish of Saint
Mary Islington in the County of Middlesex and
acting for the Division of Finsbury in the said
County Do hereby certify That we have this Day
taken a View of a certain Highway called or
known by the Name of Coach and Horses Lane
leading from Kingsland Green in the Village of
Islington to the Village of Stoke Newington in
the same County and do Report the same to be
in good Repair and Condition Given under
our Hands and Seals the 1st. day of May 1794
