Whereas Complaint has been made unto us two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and for the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St Mary lebone that Frances
Thomas< no role > the Wife of Richard Thomas< no role > (gone from her) and their two
Children namely William< no role > [..] aged 22 Months & Mary< no role > aged 5 Months have
lately intruded and come [..] into the said parish of St Mary lebone and are
become chargeable to the same We the said Justices upon Examine
of the premises upon oath and other Circumstances do adjudge the
same to be time and do also adjudge the place of the last legal settlemt.
of the said Frances Thomas< no role > and her said two Children to be in the
parish of St George Hanover square within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex These an therefore in his Majesty's Name
to require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of
Saint Mary lebone on sight hereof to remove and Convey the said Frances Thomas< no role >
and [..] her said two Children from and out of your said parish of St Mary lebone
to the said parish of St George Hanover Square & them deliver unto the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor there or to some or one of them together with
this our order or A true copy hereof who are hereby required to receive and
provide for them according to Law Given under our hands and Seals
