Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by virtue of an Order of Pass Warrant under the Hanes and Seals of

and R. P. Jodrell, Esquires
, Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing

his Wife
and their Two Children

aged Six Years and Ann< no role >
aged Five Years were removed and
conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Marylebone
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
as the place of their last legal
Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said Two Justices and their
said Order and pray that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a Day to hear and determine the same
And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
