and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Clapham
in the County of Surry
and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us, whose Names
are hereunto set and Seals affixed, being two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex , by
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. George , that Ann Lloyd< no role > Widow and her
three Children, namely Robert Lloyd< no role > aged
nine years or thereabout, Francis Lloyd< no role >
aged Seven Years or thereabouts and John
Lloyd
< no role > aged six Years on thereabouts
did lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of St. George , Middlesex ,
not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any
Certificate owning herself to be Settled elsewhere,
and that the said Ann Lloyd< no role > , Robert Lloyd< no role >
Francis Lloyd< no role > and John Lloyd< no role >
are is likely to become chargeable to the said Parish of St. George .
We the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon
the Examination of the said Ann Lloyd< no role >
upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due. Consideration
bad of the Premises, do adjudge the same to be true, and we do
likewise adjudge, that the lawful Settlement of them the said
Ann Lloyd< no role > Robert Lloyd< no role > , Francis Lloyd< no role >
and John Lloyd< no role >
is in the said Parish of Clapham
in the County of Surry
We do therefore require you, the said Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. George . Middlesex , or
some or one of you, to convey the said Ann Lloyd< no role > , Robert
Lloyd
< no role > , Francis Lloyd< no role > and John Lloyd< no role >
from and out of your said parish of St. George . to the said
Parish of Clayham
and themto deliver to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them.
together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof: And we do
also hereby require you. the said Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said parish of Clapham
to receive provide for them as Inhabitant of
your said Parish Given under our Hands and Seals, the
Thirty first Day of January in the Year of our Lord
One thousand seven hundred and ninety four
