By Virtue of an Order or pass warrant of the Hands and Seals of
N Conant and John Scott< no role > Esqr . two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace acting in &
for the County of Middx, (one whereof being of the Quorum) Hannah Humphreys< no role >
late the Wife of Henry Humphreys< no role > deceased was Removed and Conveyed from & out of the Parish of
Harrow on the Hill in the County of Middx . to the sd. Parish of Foots Cray as the place of
her last legal Settlement whereby the Appellt. conveicing themselves to be aggrieved have
appealed against the sd. order

Case

By an order dated Feby 3d. 1794 signed by Thomas Newnham< no role >
and Benjamin Harence< no role > Esqrs . Hannah Humphreys< no role > was remove
from the Parish of North cray to Harrow or the Hill

The Parish of Harrow did not appeal to the order but
sent her to the parish of Footscray
