It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the Matter of an Appeal
between the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Paul Covent Garden Within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex Appellants and the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the County of Middx . Respondents
touching the Settlement of John Evans< no role > which stood duly adjourned until
this day Do at the request of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden stand further adjourned until
the next general Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on
Notice hereof in the mean time to be given unto the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields they and all Persons
concerned to attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the
1st. day of Maynext at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day
to hear and abide the Judgment & determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal.
