and Overseer of the Poor

Parish of Saint John
the Evangelist
in the City of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of

and R. Johnson Esquires
Two
of His Majesty's Justices if the Peace
acting in and for the City and
Liberty of Westminster
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 27th. day of November 1793.

fourteen Years was removed and conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of Saint John the Evangelist
Westminster
as the peace of his last legal Settlement whereby your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said order and pray that your worships will
be pleased to appealed a day to hear and determine the
said Appeal
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
