To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Session
assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order under the hands
and Seals of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and John Scott< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the fifteenth day of January last Ann
Lechman
< no role > otherwise Ann Mc. Cann< no role > was removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Ealing in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Anne as
the place of the last legal settlement whereby your
petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved.

They therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the adjudication and order of the said two Justices and
pray that your worships will appoint a day in this
present Session for hearing and determining thereof and
that all persons concerned therein may have notice to
attend the same

And your petitioners will ever pray.
