To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County
of Middlesex in their present General Sessions of the peace for
said County Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of that part of the parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn which lies above the Bars in the
said County

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of William Wickham< no role > Esquire and
H. Reynett D.D. Two of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for the said County (one where of being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Twenty third day of January last whereby
Christopher Goujon< no role > aged about Ten Years and William
Goujon
< no role > aged about Seven Years the lawful Issue of Christopher< no role >
and Sophia Goujon< no role > were removed and conveyed from
and out the parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the said County of Middlesex to the said part of
the said parish of Saint Andrew Holborn as the
place of the their last legal Settlement

Your Petitoners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of the said Two
Justices appeal to your Worships against the
same and request that you will be pleased
to appoint same day in the present Sessions
for the hearing and determining the said
Appeal

And as in Duty Etc
