To the Worshipful his Majesty Justices of the peace for the County of
Middlesex in their Present General Quarter Session of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of that part
of the parish of St Andrew H. Thorn which his above the bars in the County of Midlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of William Bleamire< no role > and Rupert Clarke< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 17th day of January Instant Whereby Elizabeth Garton< no role >
was removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the said County of Middlesex to the said part of the said parish of Saint
Andrews Holborn as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Order of
the said Two Justices Appeal to your Worships against the same and
humbly request that the Benefit of their and Appeal may be saved
unto them until the next General Session of the peace to be holden for
the said County and that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Sant James Clerkenwell may then be
ordered to attend to abide the Judgment and Determination of the Court
touching the said Appeal
