of Seven years as she believes
That her said Husband continued to live with the sd. Mr. Bayless in Brook St. afsd.
until sd. Mr. Bayless was burnt out by fire
That then as. Mr. Bayless removed to
Waltons Court
in the St Par of St. Andrew
Holborn above bars
where Examinants Husband removed with him as she believes
That she hath been informed by her sd Husbanbd that he did not serve themhole
of the sd. term by Six months or thereabouts
That she hath been informed by her said Husband that he left his said Martin
by reason that he had not sufficient work to employ him and that the said Indenting
were can called by mutual Consent
That her said Husband hath not since his said Apprenticeship done any
Out whereby to gain bring If a Settlement elsewhere to her Knowledger
That she is become chargeable to the Part of St. James Clerkenwell
We Summise that an objection is taken to the order because that Waltons
Court is not within the Liberty of St. Andrew Holborn above barrs
but below the bars
Your Attention is particularly requested to this Circumstance

to obtain We find it to be in the County Liberty but pays Taxes to the City as Appellts Solicitor informs us & that he has subpenald
the Sollietor of the City Liberty to whose Examination you are particularly requested to attend
