To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Chiswick
in the County of Middlx and to
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Lambeth
in the County of Surry
and to each and every of them.

UPON the Complaint of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Chiswick
in the County of Middlesex unto us whose Names
are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
and one of us the Quorum, that Deborah Jones< no role > (Wife
of William Jones< no role > who is gone from her)
did lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of Chiswick
she not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owing herself to be settled
elsewhere, and that the said Deborah Jones< no role >

is likely to bechargeable to the said
Parish of Chiswick We the said
Justices, upon due Proof made thereof, as well upon the Examination
of the said Deborah Jones< no role > upon Oath,
as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises,
do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the
lawful Settlement of Her the said Deborah Jones< no role >
is in the said Parish of Lambeth in the said
County of Surry We do therefore
require you the said Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Chiswick or some or
one of you to convey the said Deborah Jones< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of Chiswick
to the said Parish of Lambeth and her
to deliver to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
thereof: And we do also hereby require you the said Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Lambeth
to receive and provide for her as Inhabitant of Your
Parish Given under our Hands and Seals the 30th
Day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand
Seven hundred and Ninety four
