of Princes Street Hanover square in the County of Middlesex Solicitor
for the Defendant in this Prosecution Maketh Oath and saith that he
did a Saturday last the Fifteenth day of February instant Personally
Scure Mr. Nicholls the Wife of the Prosecutor at the Dwelling House
of the Prosecutor Situate in Castle Street Ox ford Market in the County
of Middlesex with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed And this
Deponent further saith that on applying Yesterday at the Office of the
Clerk of the Peace for a Venire this Deponent was informed that the Notice
of Trial being irregular he could not have the Venire he applied for
And this Deponent Saith that he verily deliver that the Defendant [..]
did reason of delay Siginated from the or experiance and
Nict information of this Deponent
