Peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex at the Sessions's house on
Clerkenwell Green on Thursday the 30th. day of this instant May at nine

by a Pass warrant or order under the hands and seals of Cranley
Thomas Kerby< no role > and Henry James Pye< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace mand for the said County bearing date the 29th.
day of August last removed with Charles< no role > her Child (by her said
late husband) from the Parish of Saint Margaret in the City of
Westminster to the Parish of Christ Church in the City of London
as the Place of their last legal settlement and against which said
order you have Exhibitted your appeal Witness our hands this 28th.
