At the General Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Middlesex at the Session house
for the sd County on Monday the 18th day
of February in the 33d year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain Etc

It is ordered that the hearing & determining the matter of an
appeal between the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Christ Church in the City of London appellants and the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Saint
Margaret in the City of Westminster in the Coy of Middlesex
Respondents touching the settlement of Mary Gill< no role > widow of Williams
Gill
< no role > deced with Charles< no role > her Child by her sd late husband wch stood
duly adjourned until this Session Do at the request of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the sd Parish of Christ stand
further adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for this County and on notice hereof in the meantime to be
given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Margaret Westminster they & all persons concerned do attend
the Court at the Session house aforesd on Thursday the 11 day of
April next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said Court
touching the sd appeal
